Student Assistant: Incubation & Startup Support

We are seeking for

You’re passionate about startups and want to help others launch their ventures? Join us to build the EIH’s incubation services from scratch. You’ll shape the support system for KLU founders and help turn ideas into real businesses.

Your Responsibilities

Design and implement an incubation program for student founders
Support EXIST and other funding applications
Negotiate startup perks and build a mentor network
Facilitate the KLU Founder Club and peer-learning formats
Offer individual advisory hours and organize startup-related events

Your qualifications

A deep interest in community building
A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Curiosity for entrepreneurship, innovation, and education
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Enrollment as a regular student at a state-recognized university
Availability on-site and flexibility to work occasionally in the evenings and at weekends (room handovers, accompanying excursions and events)
