Quality Management Student Assistant (gn)

We are seeking for

1 Student Assistant (gn*) to support our Quality Management Team.
Limitation: 10 months
Working hours: 40 hours per month / 10 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

Support the development of a new alumni survey, including concept design, questionnaire drafting, and pilot testing.
Assist in identifying suitable survey tools and developing relevant metrics for data collection and analysis.
Contribute to data analysis and visualization, for example using Power BI or Excel.
Help prepare summaries and reports of survey results and insights, and maintain related materials on SharePoint.
Depending on your skills and interests, support other QM-related tasks (e.g., data processing, dashboard maintenance, or documentation).

Your qualifications

You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in business, social sciences, data analytics, psychology, or a related field.
You have an interest in data-driven quality management and institutional development in higher education.
You are preferably familiar with survey design (e.g., from coursework or prior projects).
You have experience with Excel or Power BI, or are motivated to learn.
Experience with survey tools such as MS Forms, SurveyMonkey, or similar is an asset.
You work independently, pay attention to detail, and enjoy analytical tasks.
You speak fluent English.
