We are seeking for
We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join the Teaching and Learning Innovation team. You will support initiatives that shape the future of learning at KLU—helping to design engaging courses, implement forward-looking teaching strategies, and create learning resources that reflect KLU’s educational vision.
Your Responsibilities
Assisting with research into innovative teaching practices and compiling best-practice examples.
Helping develop tools, frameworks, and policies that promote effective and inclusive teaching.
Creating and editing learning materials, including online content, informational videos, and guides.
Assisting with cross-campus and international teaching projects (e.g., Collaborative Online International Learning).
Supporting the design and delivery of workshops, events, and training for faculty and students.
Collecting and organizing feedback from students and faculty to inform continuous improvement.
Your qualifications
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program at KLU or another university.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Moodle, video editing tools, or learning tools is a plus.
Interest in higher education, teaching innovation, and/or instructional design.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
