Are you a proactive and motivated individual looking to gain valuable experience in Program and Event Management? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We're on the lookout for a Student Assistant (*gn) to join our Executive Education team at 38.5 hours per month (mini-job basis) in Hamburg, Germany. The position is also open to non-students who want to work on a mini-job basis!
Your Responsibilities
Connect with People: Correspond with participants and lecturers, helping to build a vibrant community.
Plan and Execute Events: Get hands-on with event planning, from preparing materials and presentations to room setup and catering support.
Evaluate and Improve: Assist in evaluating teaching events to ensure continuous improvement.
Keep Us Organized: Maintain distribution lists and our database, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assist the team with research tasks.
Weekend Warrior: Provide support during our MBA course weekends, typically once a month on Saturdays and Sundays. Be the face of the team, representing our values and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
Your qualifications
Bilingual: Excellent command of both German and English.
Flexible & Responsible: Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Organized & Communicative: Top-notch organizational and communication skills. Hands-on, creative approach.
Event Experience: Previous experience in event management or organizing teaching events is a plus!
