Zur Unterstützung unseres Student Recruitment Teams suchen wir 2 Lead Qualification Assistants / Assistant Recruiter (gn*).
Befristung: 2 Monate
Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden pro Monat / 10 Stunden pro Woche

Aufgaben

Qualifizierung von Erstanfragen zu den Studienprogrammen der KLU (per Telefon, E-Mail, Chat oder Direktnachricht)
Identifikation von Bedürfnissen potenzieller Studierender für eine zielgerichtete und individuelle Ansprache
Terminierung von Beratungsgesprächen und Übergabe qualifizierter Interessentinnen an das Student Recruitment Team
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems sowie weiterer Tools (z. B. E-Mail-Kommunikation, Eventmanagement, Terminbuchung)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Student Recruitment und Marketing
Unterstützung bei Reporting und Analysen zur Steigerung der Lead-Konversion

Profil

Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Freude an Telefonaten und dem direkten Austausch mit zukünftigen Studierende

We are seeking for

We are looking for 2 Lead Qualification Assistants / Assistant Recruiters (gn*) to support our Student Recruitment Team.
Limitation: 2 months
Working hours: 40 hours per month / 10 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

Qualify initial inquiries about KLU’s study programs via phone, email, chat, or direct message
Identify prospective students’ needs to enable tailored communication
Schedule consultations and transfer qualified leads to the Student Recruitment team
Maintain and enhance the CRM system (Full Fabric) and related tools (i.e. Calendly)
Collaborate closely with the Student Recruitment and Marketing teams
Support reporting and analysis to improve lead conversion rates

Your qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
Comfortable with phone-based outreach and direct engagement with prospective students
