We are seeking for

As part of the Digital Learning team, we are looking for a Learning/Instructional Designer (gn.) to oversee all aspects of the design, development, and management of digital learning experiences and projects.
Your responsibilities will focus on working closely with faculty and course authors to ensure that course content and assessments enhance learning and support student success. The role does involve some technical support work, but this is not its main focus.
Your knowledge in education and your tech skills are what we are looking for develop and produce e-learning, training, and instructional videos. You don't need us to tell you what Meyers Principals, Addie, Bloom, Constructive Alignment, UX or agile working are. You are naturally curious about new learning trends and e-learning technology, are a hands-on type with a good feel for working in an international educational institution and of course, you're a team player with strong communication skills and a good sense of humour.

Your Responsibilities

Development of target group-specific concepts, scripts and storyboards for digital learning content and their implementation in an online, offline or hybrid setting
Evaluation and continuous improvement of learning content and learning design
Support with programme development
Management of internal and external e-learning projects
Didactic, methodological advice and technical Support

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a media didactics, education, communications, IT, or related field, etc.
A good command of German and English is essential.
Knowledge of didactic and learning design concepts and their effective use
Practical experience with e-learning authoring tools, Adobe CC, Office 365 and VLE / LMS (e.g. Moodle)
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in an agile manner and to adjust priorities quickly and according to needs
Work experience in educational institutions can be an advantage

Wir suchen einen Learning/Instructional Designer (gn.), der mit uns das digitale Lernen vorantreibt. Du übernimmst alle Aufgaben rund um das Design, die Entwicklung und das Management von digitalen Lernerfahrungen und Projekten.
Du arbeitest eng mit Dozenten und Kursautoren zusammen, damit die Inhalte und Bewertungen in den Kursen das Lernen verbessern und den Studierenden das Lernen erleichtern. Du unterstützt sie auch bei technischen Fragen, aber das ist nicht dein Hauptjob.
Dein Wissen im Bildungsbereich und Deine technischen Fähigkeiten sind genau das, was wir suchen, um E-Learning, Schulungen und Lehrvideos zu entwickeln und zu produzieren. Du weißt natürlich, was Meyers Prinzipien, Addie, Bloom, Constructive Alignment, UX oder agiles Arbeiten sind. Du bist von Natur aus neugierig auf neue Lerntrends und E-Learning-Technologien, hast ein gutes Gespür für die Arbeit in einer internationalen Bildungseinrichtung und bist natürlich ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit einem guten Sinn für Humor.

Ihre Aufgaben

(Weiter) Entwicklung von zielgruppenspezifischen Konzepten, Skripten und Storyboards für digitale Lerninhalte und deren Umsetzung in einem Online-, Offline- oder Hybrid-Setting
Evaluation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lerninhalten und Lerndesign
Unterstützung bei der Programmentwicklung
Management von internen und externen E-Learning-Projekten
Didaktische, methodische Beratung und technischer Support

Ihre Qualifikationen

Bachelor-Abschluss in einem mediendidaktischen, pädagogischen, kommunikativen, IT- oder verwandten Fachgebiet etc.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
Kenntnisse von didaktischen und Lerndesign-Konzepten und deren effektiver Einsatz
Praktische Erfahrung mit E-Learning-Authoring-Tools, Adobe CC, Office 365 und VLE / LMS (z.B. Moodle)
Gute organisatorische, kommunikative und administrative Fähigkeiten
Die Bereitschaft selbstständig und agil zu arbeiten
Arbeitserfahrung in Bildungseinrichtungen kann von Vorteil sein
